  1. Eligibility: Fortuna Cup (the “Promotion”) is open to all Fortuna App members in Curaçao. Participants must be 18 years or older. By participating in the Promotion, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and decisions of Fortuna, which are final and binding, in all matters related to the Promotion. Members must ensure that their name matches their I.D.; in the case where a member becomes a winner, a valid phone number and email address must be registered in the Fortuna App account settings in order to verify their personal information.

  1. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 7:00 a.m. on May 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).   
  2. How to Participate: Fortuna members will need to shop and scan their Fortuna Card or App at 4 or more participating merchants to get a digital voucher in their Fortuna App. Members will receive a push notification when they visit 2, and 3 merchants to notify them that they will have to shop and scan at the amounts left to be able to participate. Members will receive a push notification when they have scanned their Fortuna Card or App at 4 merchants, to notify them that they are currently participating in Fortuna Cup.

The odds of winning the Prizes depend on the number of merchants visited by the member and the frequency of purchases at the merchant locations.

The VisaMulticard is issued by Banco di Caribe. The Visa prepaid card can be used anywhere, Visa debit cards are accepted around the world and online. This prepaid card is not a gift card and has an expiration date. Winners of this prize will receive an email from Fortuna that prompts them to send a copy of their ID and a Proof of address to issue the card to the winner’s name.

  1. Promotion Results: For information about the major prize winners, visit www.fortuna.club or our social media channels. The winner list will be posted after winner confirmation is completed in August 2026. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the date of the email and/or phone call notification.
